Know what’s in the number.

Useful financial tools start with explicit assumptions and an understandable method.

Calculations, not predictions

These tools calculate outcomes from your inputs. Example rates, allocations, prices and growth assumptions are editable illustrations. They are not current market data, recommended investments or promises of future returns. The capital-markets workbench does not place trades.

Methods you can inspect

Each calculator explains its formula, timing convention, scope and exclusions. Some use nominal rates divided into monthly periods; others use effective annual returns. The distinction is stated on the relevant tool. Results use full-precision arithmetic internally and are rounded for display. Standard-tool CSV exports retain six decimal places; the investment, planning, position-risk and journal tools export full-precision values.

Loan Planning supports entered rate resets and prepayments; its ledger states the payment timing.

India-first, with explicit tax assumptions

Monetary values use INR and Indian number grouping. Tax and charge assumptions are entered by users; no statutory-rate lookup is performed. Tools state when taxes are included or excluded. For material investment, lending, accounting or tax decisions, check source documents and independently verify the result.

Calculations and privacy

Calculators run in your browser. Calculator inputs and pinned comparisons last for the page visit. Trade Journal separately saves your trade records and screenshots in this browser. Fills, notes and screenshot files stay local. It has no broker connection or cloud sync; clearing browser data can remove records. JSON backups include records and visuals for restore; CSV is a records-only analysis export. Calculator scenarios are not persisted.

External sites, the AI avatar, newsletter, and linked products have their own data flows. Normal page requests and external font resources are separate from calculator inputs.

References and maintenance

Selected tools link to educational references from SEBI, NSE, FINRA and Investor.gov. References support the explained concepts; they do not imply endorsement or certification. Standard calculator models use version 1.0. Investment Lab uses investment-v2; goal, loan and deposit desks use planning-v2 engines. Position Size & Risk uses entered whole-lot specifications and separate risk/funding constraints. Trade Journal stores versioned records and analyses realised closed-trade results with explicit sample counts. Each tool explains its own conventions, assumptions and scope in a guide. The journal uses your screenshots as trade evidence; no broker or market-chart feed is connected.
